Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance.  New clients should schedule the free initial consultation at least 5 days in advance of any requested service. Reservations can be made by telephone or email and will be confirmed within 72 hours of your start date. 

Payments: No deposit is required, except for Holiday bookings. which require a $50. deposit and full payment 7 days prior to start of service.  On all other bookings, full payment is required prior to the start of service. You may leave a check made out to Home Alone Critter Care along with a signed service agreement on the counter in your home.

Payments for regularly scheduled daily pet care visits can be paid weekly or monthly at time of service.

There is a $24.00 fee for returned checks.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for full refund. Reservations cancelled 2-6 days prior to service will receive an 80% refund. Reservations cancelled 48 hours or less will not receive a refund.

Daily pet care visits can be canceled up to 9 AM on the day of service.

Sick/Aggressive Pets: We will not schedule service for pets who are known to be sick or aggressive. We are happy to provide service to pets who require medications or have special requirements or needs.

Service Hours: Our scheduled service hours are 7AM - 9PM daily. We cannot always guarantee a specific time but will do our best to accommodate your pet's regular schedule. Priority is always given to pets who require medication or with special needs.

Prior to any service request, please schedule a free in-home consultation.
Your sitter will meet with you and your pets,
go over all paperwork and set up your account. Please supply two sets of keys at that meeting.
